What is the address of the Showcase House?

The address of the Showcase House is never available to the public. Showcase has a Conditional or Temporary Use Permit with the city in which it is located. One of its conditions is that there is no neighborhood parking, dropping off or picking up in front of the Showcase House. All guests, designers, vendors and volunteers must ride the shuttle.

Where do we park?

With the exception of certain days, parking is at the Rose Bowl Lot I. The shuttle ride is approximately 15-20 minutes. Please check our Ticket page for exact dates and location for alternate parking.

Will the Showcase House be open if it is raining or if rain is predicted?

Yes. Rain or shine the Showcase House is open for tours.

Who is the Caterer for the restaurant and what types of food are available?

The caterer for the 2017 Restaurant at Showcase has not been announced as of yet.

When does the Property close?

The property closes at 6:00 PM on Sundays and Tuesdays. The property closes at 9:00 PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Since all guests must be off the property at closing time, Showcase staffers will direct them to the shuttles five to ten minutes before closing time.

What is the specific closing time for the Restaurant and Shops?

The Restaurant at Showcase will stop serving 30 minutes before the property closes. The Shops at Showcase will begin closing 30 minutes before the property closes.

When and how long are the Garden Tours? What kind of information is given on the tour?

The tours convene at 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM and are approximately an hour long. The docents point out highlights of each garden and provide information on the plants as provided by one of the curators from the Los Angeles Arboretum.
