What is the address of the Showcase House?

The address of the Showcase House is never available to the public. Showcase has a Conditional or Temporary Use Permit with the city in which it is located. One of its conditions is that there is no neighborhood parking, dropping off or picking up in front of the Showcase House. All guests, designers, vendors and volunteers must ride the shuttle.

Where do we park?

Parking is in the commercial complex with the United Artist La Canada 8 theaters and Starbucks - 1919 Verdugo Boulevard, La Canada Flintridge, CA 91011.

Parking and shuttle bus service is Tuesday through Sunday and the complimentary shuttle ride is approximately five minutes.

There is no charge for parking for Showcase patrons, but you must place a Parking Pass on the dashboard on the driver's side in order to park for more than three hours.  Parking Passes can be printed when you purchase your ticket, or will be available at the parking lot from an attendant.

Will the Showcase House be open if it is raining or if rain is predicted?

Yes. Rain or shine the Showcase House is open for tours.

When does the Property close?

On Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays through Thursdays the property closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. On Fridays, the property closes promptly at 9:00 p.m.

Since all guests must be off the property at closing time, Showcase staffers will direct them to the shuttles five to ten minutes before closing time.

What is the specific closing time for Shops?

The Shops at Showcase will begin closing 30 minutes before the property closes.

Are there any complimentary or promotional tickets available that are not sold online?

Complimentary or promotional tickets are only available to resources, sponsors and patrons of Showcase.
