Parking for the Empty House Party will be at our NEW LOCATION:
Santa Anita Park Gate 3, Lot C, at Huntington Drive and Holly Avenue, Arcadia, 91007
ALL VISITORS, including those using ride-share services,
MUST USE OUR SHUTTLES for transportation to the House.
No stopping or unloading of passengers is permitted in front of the House.
No parking is allowed in the neighborhoods surrounding the House.
The house is an active construction site without heat, so please dress warmly
and wear flat, comfortable shoes.
The Showcase House is a private estate; wheelchairs and walkers may not access all areas.

A digital copy of your Raffle Tickets will be sent to your email address. The drawing will take place at the event on January 23, 2026. You do not need to be present to win.
