Tickets
All visitors must have a ticket to tour the interior of the Pasadena Showcase House of Design. You may enjoy the many shops and restaurants spread throughout the property without a tour ticket.
Bags
Large purses, bags, and backpacks over 12” W x 8” D x 15” H are not allowed inside. Please bring only small purses or bags. You may securely check your purse, bag, or backpack at our courtesy check-in station.
Children
Children under 10, including infants, are not permitted on the property.
Pets
Only service dogs are allowed. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
Footwear & Accessibility
Wear comfortable, flat, or broad-heeled shoes (at least 2” wide). Tour booties will be provided for guests without compliant shoes.
Please note: The Showcase House is a private estate with steps, stairs, and uneven walkways. Guests using mobility devices may find some areas difficult to access. A video tour is available at the ticket booth.
Water Bottles
Water Bottles are not permitted in the House. Guests must check any water bottles or liquid containers at our courtesy check-in station. Guests should label their containers with their names. There are water dispensers throughout the exterior grounds for guest hydration.
Photography
Photography is welcome if it doesn’t disrupt the tour. Phone and small snapshot cameras only—no large cameras, please.

F.A.Q
As a courtesy to our neighbors, we do not provide the address of the Showcase House. All Visitors, including those using ride-share services, must use our Shuttles to arrive at the House.
2026 Parking & Shuttle Location: Santa Anita Park, Huntington Gate 3, Lot C, Huntington Drive & Holly Avenue, Arcadia (new entrance this year!)
Enjoy a short, comfortable shuttle ride. Shuttles run continuously, and we recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before your ticket time. Come even earlier and enjoy a leisurely walk to all corners of the property before entering the Showcase House.

The Baldwin Oaks Bistro offers burgers, sandwiches, and salads, with other options including grab-and-go salads and snacks at Hole in the Wall Tavern, and Lucky’s Hideaway featuring craft cocktails and beverages, all perfect for a relaxing break during your visit. Open 11am-6pm daily (until 7pm on Fridays).
The property is open Tuesday through Sunday, with closing time at 8:00 p.m. each day.
We are closed on Mondays.
We do NOT ALLOW plastic water bottles or fancy water bottles (Hydro flask, etc) in the house.
The Showcase House is a private estate with steps, steep stairs, and uneven walkways. Guests using mobility devices may find some areas difficult to access. A video tour is available at the ticket booth.
