Visiting
Tickets are required for all visitors to tour the House.
Large purses, bags, and backpacks exceeding 12” W x 8” D x 15” H are not allowed in the Showcase House. The property will have no bag check, so please bring only small purses or bags. Visitors may be asked to return oversized bags and cameras to their cars before boarding the shuttle.
Children under 10, including infants, are not permitted on the Showcase House property, except during the opening day Easter Event on April 20.
Only service dogs are allowed on the property; pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
Please wear comfortable, flat, or broad-heeled shoes (at least 2” wide at the base). Tour “booties” will be provided for guests without compliant footwear. The Showcase House is a private estate, and due to steps, stairs, and narrow, uneven hallways and walkways, all visitors are strongly advised to exercise extra caution during their visit, both inside and outside the home.
Individuals using walkers, wheelchairs, canes, or other mobility assistance devices may find some areas of the home difficult to access. We recommend watching the video tour available at the ticket booth.
Photography is allowed as long as it does not disrupt the tour flow. However, large cameras are not permitted; only phone cameras and small snapshot cameras are allowed.
Make a day of it! The 2025 Pasadena Showcase House of Design features a variety of craft purveyors at our famous Shops at Showcase.
Our restaurant offers plated meals, grab-and-go snacks, wine, beer, and a variety of soft drinks daily. However, Friday Date Nite Dinners and Weekend Brunches require separate tickets and often sell out, so please purchase them in advance.

On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday the last entry to the House is at 5pm and the property closes at 8:15pm
On Fridays, the last entry to the House is 6pm. The property closes at 8:30pm.
